Leadership Workshops that create lasting change

We don't lecture. We facilitate real breakthroughs. Our workshops give your people the frameworks, confidence and practice they need to lead effectively — starting the very next day.

Most leadership training doesn't stick. Ours does.

The gap between knowing about leadership and actually leading well is enormous. We bridge it with immersive, scenario-based workshops grounded in behavioural science.

The old way

  • Passive slide decks that everyone forgets within a week
  • Generic content that ignores your organisation's unique culture
  • No follow-up, no accountability, no measurable outcomes
  • Participants return to work with notes but no new habits
  • One-size-fits-all programmes that bore senior staff and overwhelm new managers

Our approach

  • Hands-on simulations drawn from real workplace dilemmas
  • Pre-workshop diagnostics so every session targets your actual challenges
  • Post-session coaching check-ins to embed new behaviours over 90 days
  • Participants leave with a personal leadership action plan, not just notes
  • Tiered workshops designed for every career stage, from first-time leads to directors

Four steps from enquiry to impact

We keep the process simple so you can focus on developing your people, not managing logistics.

01

Discovery call

We listen to your leadership challenges, team dynamics and desired outcomes. This 30-minute conversation shapes everything that follows.

02

Custom design

Our facilitators build a bespoke workshop agenda using scenarios, case studies and exercises relevant to your sector and seniority level.

03

Delivery day

Interactive, energising sessions — either on-site at your premises or at our Northern Ireland training studio. Groups of 8 to 24 participants work best.

04

Follow-through

Every attendee receives a personal action plan. We schedule two coaching check-ins at 30 and 60 days to reinforce new habits and measure progress.

Programmes for every leadership stage

Each workshop is fully customisable. Below are our most requested formats — we'll tailor whichever you choose to your organisation's reality.

First-time manager foundations

For individuals stepping into a people-leadership role for the first time. Covers delegation, feedback conversations, building trust and managing former peers. Participants practise each skill in realistic role-play scenarios.

1 day Up to 16 people

Strategic thinking for mid-level leaders

Designed for managers who need to shift from operational execution to strategic influence. Covers systems thinking, stakeholder mapping, decision-making under uncertainty and communicating strategy to diverse teams.

2 days Up to 20 people

Executive presence and influence

A high-impact programme for senior leaders who want to sharpen their ability to inspire, persuade and lead through change. Includes on-camera presentation coaching, narrative design and advanced conflict resolution techniques.

1.5 days Up to 12 people

Team alignment intensive

Bring your leadership team together to clarify shared priorities, resolve friction points and build operating agreements. Ideal before a new strategy cycle, after a restructure or when cross-functional collaboration is breaking down.

Half day Up to 24 people

What our participants report after 90 days

We survey every cohort three months after their workshop. Here are the averages across our last 40 programmes.

87%
Say they handle difficult conversations with noticeably more confidence
73%
Report improved team engagement scores within their direct reports
91%
Completed at least three actions from their personal leadership plan

Facilitators who've led teams, not just studied them

Every facilitator on our roster has held a leadership role in a real organisation — from NHS trusts to tech scale-ups to manufacturing firms. That operational experience means our workshops address the messy, human reality of leading people, not just textbook theory.

We are based in Northern Ireland but deliver across the United Kingdom and remotely for international teams. Our small, senior team means you always get an experienced facilitator, never a junior trainer reading from a script.

Things people ask before booking

We recommend four to six weeks of lead time for a fully customised programme. That gives us time for discovery conversations, pre-workshop diagnostics and agenda design. If you have an urgent need, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines — just ask.
Yes. We run highly interactive virtual workshops using breakout rooms, digital whiteboards and live polling. Virtual sessions are typically split into shorter modules — for example, two half-days rather than one full day — to maintain energy and focus.
Our sweet spot is 10 to 16 participants. That's large enough for diverse perspectives and small enough for everyone to practise skills and receive personal feedback. For larger cohorts, we run multiple sessions or bring in a second facilitator.
Every programme includes a post-session feedback survey and a 90-day follow-up assessment. We measure behavioural change, confidence levels and the completion rate of personal action plans. You receive a summary report you can share with your board or HR team.
Pricing depends on duration, group size, customisation depth and whether we travel to your site. We provide a transparent, all-inclusive quote after our discovery call — no hidden fees. Multi-session packages receive a reduced per-session rate.
Yes. Every workshop includes two complimentary coaching check-ins. Beyond that, we offer individual and group coaching packages for organisations that want sustained development over six or twelve months.
